CrazyBee built the Healing Sounds app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by CrazyBee at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page informs visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. ABOUT THE APP

Healing Sounds & Sound Therapy is a health and wellness mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The app provides a library of therapeutic audio including binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, instrumental sounds such as Tibetan singing bowls, nature and noise therapy sounds, and guided meditation. Users select the effect they want - better sleep, stress relief, focus, relaxation - and the app plays the matching healing sounds. The app also offers mood check-ins, listening history, wellness goals, and sound therapy courses.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

For a better experience while using our Service, we may collect certain personally identifiable information. Information stored on your device stays on your device and is not directly collected by us unless stated otherwise below.

GOOGLE ACCOUNT SIGN-IN AND GOOGLE USER DATA

Healing Sounds offers optional sign-in with a Google Account. Signing in is not required to use the app.

When you choose to sign in with Google, we request access to the following information only:

- Your basic profile information (name and profile picture)
- Your email address

How we use this information:

- To create and identify your Healing Sounds account
- To sync your mood history, listening history, and wellness goals across your devices
- To display your name and profile picture inside the app

We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may revoke our access to your Google Account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or request deletion of your account data by contacting us at cbeeapps@gmail.com.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS DATA

Healing Sounds is a health and wellness application. We collect the following health-related data to provide and improve the Service:

- Mood and emotional state. When you use the mood check-in feature, your selected mood and emotional state are recorded locally on your device and, if you are signed in, stored in your account to track your wellness journey over time.

- Listening history. Sounds you play, such as sleep, stress relief, or meditation sounds, are recorded to provide personalized recommendations and track your listening habits.

- Wellness goals. Goals you set during onboarding, for example better sleep or stress reduction, are stored as part of your profile.

How we use this data:

- To personalize your experience and sound recommendations
- To display your mood history and streaks within the app
- To improve app features and content

Who we share this data with:

- This data is NOT sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes
- Firebase (Google) is used to securely store account-linked data. Their privacy policy applies: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Anonymized, aggregated usage patterns may be analyzed via Firebase Analytics to improve the app

Data retention:

- Mood and listening data is retained as long as your account exists. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at cbeeapps@gmail.com.

LOG DATA

In the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information through third-party services called Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other statistics.

COOKIES

This Service does not use cookies explicitly. Third-party libraries used by the app may use cookies to collect information and improve their services.

We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how the Service is used. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing cbeeapps@gmail.com. We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
